The night will be filled with drinks, music, and really good Chinese food...
Lead Image: Poon's
The once Michelin starred Poon's will take over Spiritland Royal Festival Hall for a one off supper club.
A well-known fixture in the West End during the 80s, 90s and noughties, Chinese restaurant Poon's has reinvented itself in recent years.
From gaining a Michelin star in 1980 with Chef Patron Bill Poon in the kitchen, Poon's now takes the form of pop-ups and takeovers with Bill's daughter, Amy leading the way.
The latest pop-up is a takeover of Spiritland at Royal Festival Hall on Southbank, taking place on Thursday, September 29.
While Poon's may be operating under a new guise, the menu pays homage to the family's time-honoured recipes, and features the likes of pork and bamboo shoot wontons with crack sauce; Bill Poon's Fried Chicken Wings, and chargrilled aubergine in Lisle Street sha jiang sauce.
Tickets are £67.50 per person and on sale now at spiritland.com.
Address: Royal Festival Hall, Belvedere Road, Southbank Centre SE1 8XX
