Each of the seven courses will feature the tang of kimchi, somehow...

Mayfair restaurant Apricity has teamed up with Jongga, a leading Korean kimchi brand to put on a string of low-waste supper clubs, absolutely free.
The (P)reserve A Supper Club, which aims to raise awareness of eating more sustainably and with the seasons, will be held on Friday, September 30, Saturday, October 1 and Thursday October 13.
It will feature seven seasonal dishes that use kimchi as the signature ingredient.
On the menu, you've got the likes got crunchy kimchi tempura course served with a flavourful fig leaf mayonnaise; a rich Cheswell bavette steak dish paired with an open kimchi and carrot tart as well as a refreshing kimchi margarita, served upon arrival.
It might sound like a strange idea - a menu of kimchi seven ways - but relax, you're in good hands.
Chef Patron Chantelle Nicholson has worked in some of London's best kitchens before opening Apricity, including Trewells, which gained a Michelin green star while she was at the helm.
Places are limited for each of the supper clubs, and each sitting is open for bookings one week in advance.
Dates & Times: Friday, September 30 at 7pm; Saturday, October 1 at 1pm; Thursday October 13 at 7pm.
