The name and brand change see the restaurant keep its refined yet relaxed vibes, and the menu tweaked so that the kitchen now plates up modern British classics with a subtle French twist - a nod to the restaurant's King’s Cross St Pancras Station and proximity to the Eurostar.
Set to be RAILS' signature dishes are roasted beetroot with tahini yoghurt, pomegranate and lamb lettuce; baked St Marcellin with truffle honey; and seared Cornish cod with buttered leek, apple and thyme dressing.
There's also sharing boards, a selection of steaks a fish special that changes daily.
Desserts are an ode to France, and include tarte tatin, île flottante and chocolate fondant.
You can also grab a breakfast - be it leisurely or for business, and there are plans to create afternoon tea and brunch menus later on, for all-day dining.
To celebrate its opening, RAILS is offering diners 30 per cent off food for lunch and dinner bookings.
The offer runs from October 18 to November 1, and you must book ahead.
