Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public
access (subject to access to premises) along Public Footpath 10.110/9/1, 10.110/9/2
between grid references SE35819405 & SE36519425, Public Footpath 10.110/6/1
between grid references SE36459420 &SE36659411 and Public Footpath 10.110/8/1
between grid references SE36469423 & SE36349384 Northallerton in Hambleton until
27/04/18 to upgrade the footpath to adoptable standards, has been continued in force
for a further 6 months until 27/10/18 or until the completion of the works (whichever
is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport. The further continuation of the closure will be put into effect by

Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public
access along Public Footpath No. 20.9/22/1, 20.9/7/2, 20.10/3/1, 20.9/17/1, 20.9/15/2
and Public Bridleway No. 20.10/7/1, 20.10/4/2, 20.12/8/1, 20.12/7/1 near Brompton
on Swale due to danger caused by the construction sites for the upgrade of the A1
to motorway status has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 30/10/18
or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of
the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. The further
continuation of the closure will be put into effect by notices and signs. An alternative
route will be signed on site.
