APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by MRS BRIDGET THORNTON-BERRY to Richmondshire District Council in respect of premises known as BERRYS’S FARM SHOP & CAFE which are situated at SWINITHWAITE, LEYBURN, NORTH YORKSHIRE, HG4 4UH. The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows: Plays from 1000 – 2300 hrs Films from 1000 – 2300 hrs Live and recorded music 2300 hrs – 0100 hrs Performance of dance 1000 – 0100 hrs Selling late night refreshment from 2300 – 0100 hrs Supply of alcohol 0800 hrs – 0100 hrs Opening premises to the public 0800 – 0130 hrs The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond North Yorkshire DL10 4JX during normal office hours, (by appointment only). Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 13th July 2016. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
