Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Bainbridge & District Motor Club has applied to Richmondshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be knows as Field at Sorrell Sykes, West Burton, DL8 4UW Grid Reference SE025880. For the annual event held around the third Wednesday in July. The proposed licensable activities are- Recorded music, the provision of late night refreshement and the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises between the hours of 12.00-00.00hrs, open to the public 12.00-00.30hrs. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX no later than Thursday 11th July 2019 stating the ground for representation. The register of Richmondshire District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given, above, during normal business hours or on the councils website- www.richmondshire.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
