If like many others you are returning back to the office after a glorious summer and feel less than joyous about it, fear not.
Leadenhall Market is putting on a pop-up Screamatorium this month with the aim to relax office workers feeling the doldrums about having to return to the daily grind, and anyone feeling blue about the end of summer.
Running from Tuesday, September 13 to Friday, September 16, the Screamtorium will feature a stress-busting Whack-A-Mole game in which you can cathartically knock a poor mole on its head with glee and might.
There's also a meditation zone for you to embrace the calm in, and a cake corner, for you to embrace comfort eating in.
As the name suggests, the pop-up has the opportunity to dig deep to let out your most guttural yowl or scream like you're about to run up a staircase in a schlock horror flick.
While you could just wail it out anywhere, the Screamatorium has a decibel meter you can bellow into, which I can imagine would be extremely satisfying and informative as to just how strong your vocal chords are.
Leadenhall Screamatoriam runs Tuesday, September 13 to Friday, September 16 from 11.30am-7pm.
It is free with no need to book, so just rock up and let it all out.
