River Stage, National Theatre's Thames-side open air pop-up theatre, opens this week with queer performance venue and partner The Glory celebrating 50 years of Pride.

The Haggerston queer performance venue kicks things off with The Big Gay Songbook, a sing-and-dance-along with John Sizzle and Jonny Woo.

There's also comedy from Myra Dubois, line-dancing at The Barn Dance, Sharon Le Grand will belt out some Bond theme hits and the audience will be treated to some tuns from cabaret singer Dr Adam Perchard.

Party on at the a queer Bollywood club night are create a masterpiece at Drag Life Drawing.

Running for five weekends from Friday, July 15 to Sunday, August 15, the free outdoor arts brings chaos, fun and the arts to south bank as other festival partners take over the festival for a weekend each.

These partners are HOME, Hackney Empire Young Producers, Hofesh Shechter Company and the National Theatre, which will bring to the stage music, youth culture, dance, film, theatre, family entertainment and a sing off between choirs to central London.

While you are entertained, get stuck into food from foodie curators KERB which have rounded up a stack of vendors offering a delicious grub to fill you up.
