With venues already in Soho, the City and Covent Garden, barbecue joint temper will open in Shoreditch later this month.
Taking bookings already, the restaurant's newest venue, with bar and restaurant seating, opens on Great Eastern Street on September 24.
Expect all the same sensational dishes on offer at the other locations, as well as the much-loved Sunday roast, but there's also new dishes too.
This includes a smoked brisket pit-roasted clam, anchovy and beef fat mayonnaise taco, whole duck carnitas and smoked rare-breed beef-rib with a sweet and sour Korean barbecue sauce.
temper Shoreditch's opening also sees all venues offer a bottomless brunch.
For £42.50, guests can enjoy free-flowing drinks including red, white, sparkling wine, beer and a selection of cocktails including red gin fizz or lychilli margarita.
Guests also feast on a meat-fest platter of coal-roasted belted Galloway beef, house-made smoked beef sausages, Andean yellow potatoes with gochujang butter, and a whole lot more.
All meat is butchered in-house so it makes the most of rare breed beef from Summerstone Estate in Yorkshire.
