Proposed development at Apex Tower, 7 High Street, New Maiden, KT3 4LH (Planning Portal ref: PP-07674800).

I give notice that Apex Tower Ltd have applied to Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for planning permission for the change of use of an existing A1 retail unit at 9 High Street to B1 (a) office use to allow for the enlargement of, and internal and external improvements to, Apex Tower entrance and reception; single storey rear extension to provide new commuter facilities and installation of associated plant; erection of bin store; and improvements to rear car park and cycle parking facilities. A copy of the application and all plans and other documents submitted with it are available for public viewing at Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston KT1 1EU. An electronic copy of the application and all plans and other documents will be published at: https:// publicaccess.kingston.gov.uk/onlineapplications/once validated.

Any owner of the land or agricultural tenants who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Development Management, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston KT1 1EU or via the above application web page.
