BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Nags Head Lane, Great Missenden in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Nags Head Lane from railway bridge for approximately 50m. Alternative route: London Road, High Street, Station Approach, Rignall Road, The Old Gated Road, Hampden Road, Hangings Lane, Perks Lane, Peterley Lane, Nags Head Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Network Rail bridge examination works take place commencing on 17 February 2021 between 07:30 and 17:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

PUBLIC NOTICE

On the 12th February 2021 Buckinghamshire Council ("the Council") made the above mentioned Order ("the Modification to Experimental Order") under the provisions of slO of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with Thames Valley Police now gives notice in accordance with the above Regulations.
The effect of the Modification to Experimental Order is to update the Experimental Order in accordance with new Traffic Regulation Orders and to designate areas of highway as parking areas for Electric Scooters within the county of Buckinghamshire.
The Modification to Experimental Order comes into operation on 19th February 2021 for a period of twelve months and, in this time, the Council will consider if the provisions of the Modification o Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely.
Within a period of 6 months from the date of this Notice or if the Modification Experimental or the Experimental Order is varied by another Order or modified further pursuant to Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") beginning with the day on which the variation or modification or the latest version of the variation or modification comes into force, any person may object to the making of the Modification to Experimental Order. If you wish to object please send your grounds for objection in writing to

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Modification to Experimental Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or that are not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply for that purpose to the High Court.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Frieth Road, Marlow in the Parish of Great Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Frieth Road from Spinfield Lane for approximately 4951m. Alternative route: Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, West Street, Spittal Street, Dean Street, Seymour Court Road, Marlow Road, Church Road, Moor Common, Moorend Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Instalcom ducting works take place commencing on 27 February 2021 between 08:00 and 17:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. Works commence from Spinfield Lane working along with only 200m closed at one time. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Lee Road, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lee Road from Manor Farm for approximately 95m. Alternative route: Lee Road, Wycombe Road, Shootacre Lane, Picts Lane, Bledlow Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place
commencing on 23 February 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Broombarn Lane, Great Missenden in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Broombarn Lane from junction of A4128 for approximately 85m. Alternative route: Martinsend Lane, Station Approach, High Street, Rignall Road, Broombarn Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water service pipe repair and renewal works take place commencing on 24 February 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Hardenwaye, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hardenwaye from The Quadrant for approximately 35m. Alternative route: The Quadrant, Walton Drive, Hardenwaye and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cappagh sewer repairs works take place commencing on 23 February 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Fagnall Lane, Winchmore Hill in the Parish of Perm CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Fagnall Lane for approximately 75m. Alternative route: Coleshill Lane, Fagnall Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas new connection take place commencing on 22 February 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Longdown Hill, Cadsden in the Parish of Princes Risborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Longdown Hill for approximately 430m. Alternative route: Missenden Road, Ellesborough Road, Risborough Road, Aylesbury Road, Cadsden Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst National Trust tree felling works take place commencing on 22 February 2021 between 09:30 and 16:00. Road will be open each day by 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Chalkpit Lane, Oxford Road, West Street, Spittal Street, Dean Street, Seymour Court Road, Marlow Road, Church Road, Moor Common, Frieth Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas new connection works take place commencing on 22 February 2021 between 08:00 and 18:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Rickmansworth Lane, Chalfont St Peter in the Parish of Chalfont St. Peter CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rickmansworth Lane from The Phygtle for approximately 290m. Alternative route: Rickmansworth Lane, Copthall Lane, Denham Lane, Chesham Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Main replacement by Cadent Gas works take place commencing on 22 February 2021 between 08:00 and 17:00. Access to residents of The Phygtle. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 February 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
