Popular children’s author Jon Scieszka launched his new book, Frank Einstein and the Antimatter Motor (£8.99 hardback), at Ottie & the Bea in Blackheath in October. The book, aimed at ages 10+, combines adventure, humour and real science. Frank and Watson, two young scientists, enter a science competition. Watson has made peanut butter chewing gum, while Frank comes up with a plan to make an anti-matter motor to power machines and save the environment, but an evil enemy will do anything to steal their ideas and win the competition…
