The Ancient Market Place in Kingston town centre will be transformed into a retro beach scene this August
Kingston’s Ancient Market Place will be transformed into a buzzing beach scene, filled with retro seaside fun and entertainment for all the family, this August.
The event, named All The Fun Of The Seaside, will pop up in Kingston from Saturday 9 until Saturday 16 August, and will feature a wide range of summer activities from 10am to 6pm daily. Retro favourites of the British seaside such as Punch and Judy, helter-skelter, and hook a duck will keep families entertained, along with a giant sand pit where children can build sandcastles while their parents relax in deck chairs.
In amongst the seaside themed rides and attractions, Kingston’s pretty market stalls will be selling tasty BBQ eats, pick & mix sweets and ice cream treats, bringing out the beach bum in visitors and locals alike.
