Soho institution Ronnie Scott’s is combining a few of our favourite things – brunch, cocktails, comedy and a sassy jazz venue – in a cool new culture-meets-cuisine offering this summer.

The new Saturday Comedy Brunch, kicking off on 17 July 2021, invites some of the funniest quipsters in town to entertain audiences as they sip and dine on in the low-lit, intimate jazz setting.

Start your weekend with belly laughs – and full bellies – as you enjoy two courses from the brunch menu and two of Ronnie Scott’s renowned cocktails (hello there, cheeky little mimosa).

First up with the laughs is stand-up comedian and co-host of the hit ‘Off Menu’ podcast, Ed Gamble, supported by BBC New Comedy Award winner Janine Harouni and BBC Comedy Award shortlisted Chloe Petts.

Ronnie Scott’s Saturday Comedy Brunch will run every Saturday in July, with headliners on 24 and 31 July soon to be announced. Then, the event will be held every other month, alternating with All That Jazz! Saturday Cabaret Brunch, which features star performers of the West End shows.

The Soho jazz joint also continues its programme of evening shows, with July’s headliners including the likes of the James Taylor Quartet, cult East London collective Hackey Colliery Band, and instrumental jazz jams with Horn Culture.

Tickets for Saturday Comedy Brunch start from £55.
