Opera Holland Park launches its summer season with the return of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland
Proving opera can be accessible to all ages and attention spans, Alice’s adventures in Wonderland returns to the Yucca Lawn in HollandPark this summer following its triumphant 2013 production. Devised by composer Will Todd, last year’s production of Alice was described by John Allison at The Telegraph as ‘one of the most charming, least condescending operas for children I have seen.’ The performance dates take place on 19, 21, 25, 26, 29 and 30 July, and 1-2 August at 3pm. Tickets are available from the Opera Holland Park box office, priced at £3.50 for children and £8.50 for adults. Call 0300 999 1000. Tickets are limited to six per person.
