The shortlist for this year’s Dot London Small Business Awards has been announced. From the best place to eat to the young entrepreneur of the year, vote for your favourites across the 12 categories listed below

Entrepreneur and BBC ‘Dragon’ Sarah Willingham has worked with judges including Chloe Macintosh, co-founder of Made.com and Nick Miller, CEO of Meantime Brewery, to narrow down the hundreds of entries to the Dot London Small Business Awards.

The newly established Awards recognise a range of industries through the 12 categories. The winners of each category will receive a boost of £1,000, one-to-one mentorship on how to improve their online business presence from category sponsors and a free Dot London domain name for a year. There is an additional prize for the winner of the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award of a year-long membership to the Federation of Small Businesses.

With the shortlist confirmed, the public can visit awards.london to decide which London-based small businesses should be crowned winners. Voting opens at 5pm on 17 November and closes at 5pm on 8 January 2016. The winners will be announced on 21 January 2016.
