The inaugural Greenwich Winter Time Festival will launch this December, set in the stunning grounds of the Old Royal Naval College, and local residents can get priority tickets…

A new winter festival with a difference, Greenwich Winter Time Festival will offer a magical atmosphere set in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Greenwich Wintertime Festival, created in association with the Old Royal Naval College, will transform Maritime Greenwich, a hugely popular riverside location, into one of London’s best Christmas destinations.

A full festival programme will be announced in mid-September, but you can expect a contemporary take on seasonal traditions, including a bespoke covered ice rink, winter market with independent traders and artisan festive treats, enchanting entertainment and an authentic Father Christmas experience for all the family.

‘We are deeply excited to have Greenwich Winter Time Festival this Christmas,’ said Ed Barnard, Finance and Commercial Director at the Old Royal Naval College. ‘Taking place within the historic grounds of the Old Royal Naval College, it promises to bring something a little different to the festive arena and is another great reason to visit this exciting part of the capital.’

Greenwich Winter Time Festival runs from 1-31 December with tickets from £15 for adults and £10 for children. Greenwich residents within the SE10/SE3 postcode areas will have an exclusive 48-hour opportunity to book tickets from 10am on Monday 21 August 2017, before they go on general sale on 23 August 2017.
