1 Jurassic World: The Exhibition, Royal Docks 

For dinosaur lovers and fans of the blockbuster film series, this is your chance to rub shoulders with your most loved and feared prehistoric reptile. Visitors can roam through the exhibition - which takes up a whooping 20,000 square-feet - and encounter prehistoric animals, including a life-sized Velociraptor, Brachiosaurus and T-Rex, which are also wandering around.

2 Dali Cybernetics: The Immersive Experience, Shoreditch 

Visitors enter a Dalinian fantasy which is a surreal, dreamlike, and surprising world, based on parallel universes, the fourth dimension, optics, and geometry. The exhibition takes large format projections, interactive installations, holograms, VR and AI to recreate the surrealist’s frequently used environments of the sea, the sky, the desert while bringing some his most renowned works to life.

3 Phantom Peak, Surrey Quays 

This fully-realised Western town is conveniently located in south London. It comes with a flowing waterfall, and bars and eateries serving up vegetarian and plant-based food only, immersive shops, a bowling alley and a boating lake. Guests are invited to go on the network of trails to discover the fully immersive world that is brought to life by actors and elaborate sets. Block out an evening, afternoon or morning for this. 4 Stranger Things: The Experience, Brent Cross 

Step into 1986 and the supernatural world of Stranger Things. In another immersive experience for London, get caught up in 80s nostalgia, other-worldly mystery and enduring friendship as you embark on perilous adventure through the darker side of Hawkins and the Upside Down.

5 Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience 

Still going strong since its October 2022 launch, this immersive experience takes visitors ‘inside’ more than 300 of Van Gogh’s greatest works. Head straight to the end to let 360-degree floor-to-ceiling digital projections of his world wash over you in a blissfully, whimsical way. There’s also a VR experience that trips you through the post-impressionist's life in Arles, France.

6 Twist Museum 

A museum dedicated to illusions and immersive experiences, Twist Museum marries immersive multi-sensory experiences with escapism, education and technology. It delves into how illusions work, exploring such questions as, when all your senses are deceived, what happens to the brain, and how do these stimuli shape your sense of reality?
