Why choose a home repairs subscription service?
Most homeowners will have list of little repairs around the house that haven’t been sorted. Quite often this is because it takes up too much time to find the different types of tradespeople needed to sort the different jobs out, so people end up tolerating these problems.

How does the service work?
Our unique Maison Plan repair service aims to remove all the hassle of getting any type of repair sorted.
When anything goes wrong in your home you just take a video or picture and send it to your dedicated Home Manager to sort out - it couldn’t be easier.
The types of repairs we cover is extensive, and includes broken tiles, radiators, boilers, kitchen cabinets, shelves, doors, gates, locks, windows, lights, ceilings, pipes, taps, even the kitchen sink!
I've just bought a fixer-upper. Can I still get a subscription?
Anyone can have a repair subscription with Maison Plan but it is important to note that we offer to repair issues that crop up during your subscription, we don’t do home improvements included in the monthly repair fee.
Every client is assigned a dedicated Home Manager who will always be their point of contact. Initially, the Home Manager visits the client’s home to meet them and familiarise themselves with the home.
Once the Home Manager has created a home condition report the clients unlimited repair cover starts.
If the homeowner has any addition maintenance jobs or pre-existing repairs to do, Maison Plan is always happy to help and offers preferential client rates.
Is there a particular 'type' of person that uses your services?
We have a variety of types of clients - from professional families that are time poor and need someone to manage the process to DIY adverse clients that find home repairs stressful.
Last week, I was speaking to one of our clients based in Richmond and she half- jokingly thanked us for a happier marriage! Thanks to their subscription, she no longer needs to keep asking her husband about when he will get around to fixing things around the house. They now can just enjoy their weekends together. I can totally relate to that story myself!
Who are the tradespeople coming into my home, and how will I know they will do a good job?
We are accountable, as our relationship is on a long-term basis with our clients.
Also, the fact that we are a subscription service which offers unlimited call-outs means that we are incentivised to deliver a good efficient service, as the cost of extra hours or return visits will be our responsibility.
In terms of tradespeople, we employ a wide range of different trades but for the more specialised repairs we outsource to our trusted specialist partners.
