With 25K followers, The Lovely Drawer by Londoner Teri has a strong emphasis on design, interiors and DIY projects. Teri, who originally trained in print and surface pattern design, started the blog in 2012 and now runs The Lovely Drawer full time – every bloggers’ dream! I have serious house envy for almost every room on interiors blog Mad About the House, founded by interiors journalist Kate Watson-Smyth. The pictures are simply gorgeous – showing achievable looks and they are coupled with Kate’s practical advice about adding colour, pattern and new looks to your home. She will even answer individual interiors questions you have in her section Your House and has an interior design consultancy. Kate’s Instagram is aesthetically pleasing, to say the least… it’s no wonder that she has 124K followers!

3 Abigail Ahern
Acclaimed interior designer Abigail Ahern does homes with a fresh attitude and original style. Her blog is full of covetable rooms that will have you reaching for the paint chart – the designer even has her own range and an incredible 82K followers on Instagram. She has a keen eye for unusual but beautiful spaces – there’s not a Scandi-shabby chic room in site – and freely shares her expert knowledge on how to recreate them at home.

4 The Beat That My Heart Skipped
East London resident Rohini Wahi is a journalist and trend forecaster for the design industries. Her blog The Beat That My Heart Skipped champions high street homewares and aspiring interiors businesses alike. There’s also excellent DIY tips, an entertainment section, which offers home styling tips for parties and a new kids area with advice on where to find tasteful children’s toys and how to make your home baby friendly. With 3K followers, Rohini also shares snippets over on her Instagram feed.

The inspiration section on Pentreath & Hall’s website is as much of a treat as its shop in Bloomsbury – a treasure trove of knick knacks all impeccably sourced and styled. Written by Ben Pentreath, one half of the team behind the shop, the blog is a down to earth journal of their lives, from weekends away to spotlights on suppliers – it’s little wonder the blog has attracted a loyal following of fans (in particular over on their Instagram where they currently have 32K followers).
