The recently completed project is the first residential complex in London that has been designed by the world renowned architects, Fosters + Partners whose projects include the likes of Ernest & Young Riverside, City Hall and The Gherkin.

Principal Tower, developed by Concord London and Brookfield Properties, is located on the border of Shoreditch and the City of London.

One of London’s tallest residential building at 162 meters, this impressive development enjoys spectacular views from east to west, giving a truly panoramic view of London’s historic skyline.

The tower is part of Principal Place, a mixed-use scheme made up of 600,000 square foot of commercial space, already home to Amazon UK, 20,000 square feet of retail space, a half-acre public piazza and 250,000 square feet of residential space.

The tower is made up of 299 luxury apartments and penthouses and is the latest in a string of skyline-defining buildings designed by Foster + Partners.

Each apartment in the tower has been meticulously finished to the highest standards of interior design and attention to detail, punctuated by handcrafted elements that have been sourced locally from Shoreditch designers and manufacturers.

Principal Tower is not just a home, but a desired lifestyle choice, with vast amount of amenities available for residents to enjoy.

Residents will have access to an edgeless infinity pool, a spa, a state-of-the-art gym that overlooks the piazza, a resident’s lounge and even a cinema.

A 24-hour concierge service is available to all residents, almost akin to a five star hotel.

The lobby is also home to an over seven-tonne staircase, impressively assembled and finished on site.

Thanks to its location in Principal Place, residents have a wide range of food and retail facilities to explore, including The Allegory, Polu Poke, Little Farm, Camino, BLOK, Black Sheep Coffee and Vagabond wines.

With place making at the forefront, Principal Place also hosts a regular calendar of art activations and pop-up events.

Most noticeably, the installation of a giant blue steel 1.2 tonne sculpture by artist James Burke.

New to the area is the Light Bar, a recently opened modern British bar and restaurant set in a refurbished Victorian power station which sits on Principal Place.
