While the London housing market might have slowed down ahead of the general election in May, London’s property developers aren’t stopping for anyone. Here are 9 new builds that have caught our attention this month

1 Kings Avenue, Clapham

With property prices in Clapham having risen by 20% in the last year, according to Rightmove, it’s clear the area is something of a London hotspot. Several new developments are tapping into the area’s popularity. 4 Fulham Riverside, Fulham
