A recent survey by estate agents Chestertons estimates that having an outside space can add 8% to the value of a property. Inspired by this finding, Chestertons has teamed up with the Royal Academy of Arts – of which the estate agent is a long-term supporter – to offer The Resident readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to see the Royal Academy of Arts’ new blockbuster exhibition, Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse. Two pairs of tickets are up for grabs for the exhibition, which runs until 20 April 2016.

Terms and conditions: Final entries 5pm on Monday 29 February, after which the winners will be selected at random. One entry per household (multiple entries will be disregarded), no cash alternative.
