FOOD & WINE PAIRING FROM MARK HIX

Mark Hix and The Perfect Cellar collaborate with The Clerkenwell Collection on a special food and wine tasting menu for Clerkenwell Design Week

To launch its presence at Clerkenwell Design Week next week, The Clerkenwell Collection has collaborated with top London chef Mark Hix and its in-house wine specialists The Perfect Cellar, to create a bespoke tasting menu. The food and wine pairing sessions will run from 20-22nd May at 12pm, 2pm, 3.30pm and 5pm and will see the likes of Wye Valley asparagus with Chervil mayonnaise paired with Domaine Charly Nicolle Petit Chablis, Burgundy 2012 and roast sirloin steak from Northern Ireland’s Glenarm Estate with Petit Mars, Comme D’habitude 2012. During the 45-minute sessions there will be tasting notes and discussions on the wine.

Tickets cost £15 each but we are giving two away for any of the days.
