BALLET AND BRUNCH IN RICHMOND

On Sunday 30 November, Whole Foods Market Richmond will open its doors early to host a fitness and food extravaganza

9-10am: Hit the barre
Three Barreworks instructors will each host a 20 minute slot, so guests in store can enjoy a taster of various classes available at the beautiful Richmond studio. The classes are suitable for any level of ability, with no previous experience required so everyone can get involved!

10-11am: Cook up a storm
Next on the menu is Michelin star celebrity chef Paul Merrett, who will host an hour of foodie chat, live demonstrations and of course tastings! With his roots in Zanzibar, cooking spells in Sri Lanka, Vietnam and even The Ritz, Paul offers an eclectic and truly unique take on all things food. 

Alongside his current role as owner of The Victoria in Sheen, Paul has written a book about his life’s passion for food and will be signing copies of Spice Odyssey in store after the demonstration.
