Rock ‘n’ roll legends the Rolling Stones are to launch a shop on London’s iconic Carnaby Street, offering a unique new immersive destination for fans

Carnaby, the birthplace of 60s Swinging London, has an an iconic heritage, so it’s only fitting that musical legends the Rolling Stones should choose it as the location for their world-first flagship store, RS No. 9 Carnaby.
The new store will showcase exclusive new fashion and merchandise under the RS No. 9 Carnaby brand, including men’s, women’s and children’s fashion and accessories.
Coming hot on the heels of viral artist Sophie Tea’s first ever art shop launch, it’s clear that the Carnaby Street team is working hard to create a unique destination in central London.

The new Rolling Stones store will feature all the hallmarks of the iconic band, from the use of their distinct red and black colourways to a glass floor featuring their lyrics, fitting rooms adorned with iconic album artwork and the band’s continuing releases pulsing from the speakers.
A special glassware has also been developed with Baccarat, engraved with the Rolling Stones tongue, and the store will introduce a collection in ‘Stones Red’, the official colour from Pantone, established from the first use of the band’s iconic logo.

Plus, the store’s window will feature a world-first soundwave installation, taken from the opening to the 1966 hit track, Paint It Black.
The store was created in partnership with Bravado, Universal Music Group’s merchandise and brand management company. Mat Vlasic, CEO of Bravado, said that it will ‘create a destination where fans can connect and immerse themselves in the music, style and spirit of one of the world’s most iconic and beloved bands’.
