Hoxtoberfest, a multi-room Bavarian extravaganza, lands at the Hoxton Docks Timber Warehouse from Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 October 2016, taking over a whole block of canal side warehouses and yards with bier and bratwurst

Within the Hoxton Docks Timber Warehouse, Hoxtoberfest are building a full-sized alpine chalet to contain ludicrous amounts of Erdinger Fest Bier. As with all great alpine chalets, ticket holders will find a large biergarten alongside it, covered so Hoxtoberfest-ees can gleefully jig around, stein-handed, without the fear of the outside elements.

And if that’s not enough, dive into the main warehouse, a live music space, decked out like a traditional Oktoberfest tent where you will stumble across the first Berliner Pilsner bar (for East German balance). Taking a little jaunt outside, the legendary Herman Ze German, will be on hand to deliver mouth-watering Germanic delights straight from the bratwurst grill. Fritz Kola will also be hosting a Berlin cocktail bar, pairing booze with eye-opening mixers like rhubarb and Mischmasch. A currywurst stall will help you soak up all the spirits.

20-22 October, 6pm-midnight. Tickets are £30, including a 1 litre stein of Bavarian Fest-Bier alongside a Herman ze German snack and a whole host of other Germanic wonders.

Hoxton Docks, 55 Laburnum Street E2 8BD. To book see
