The NCT Richmond Gold Standard Nearly New Sale will be selling good value and good quality baby’s clothes, toys and prams this May

NCT – the UK’s largest parenting charity – aims to ease the financial strain of family life by providing the opportunity to purchase top quality pre-loved clothes, toys and accessories for babies and toddlers at a fraction of prices on the high street.

In a recent poll conducted by NCT, it shows that many new parents are turning to second-hand goods to keep costs down. One in two new parents have bought nearly new items within the last six months, with 67% of those surveyed said the reason is to save money while 34% being able to get more for their money and 29% want to buy more expensive brands at lower costs

All profits raised will go towards helping the local NCT support its services and campaigns for parents from antenatal care to postnatal advice and training courses.

This month’s sale takes place on 10 May from 10.30am-midday at The Barn Church Hall, Atwood Avenue, Kew TW9 4HF. Suggested donation £2. For more information, contact Francesca Smalley
