Triyoga Hosts Bowelbabe Charity Workshop
In the words of one incredible woman, check your poo.

Stool chat is a weird one, isn't it?
Generally, we ignore the existence of this bodily function, unless of course, you're on a group holiday with pals, and then it becomes a fair whack of the conversation at around the day three mark.
But, as the mighty Dame Deborah James championed, checking your poo - and becoming more aware of your general gut health - might actually save your life.
And that starts with normalising conversations and discussions about our bowels; 'smashing those poo taboos' as Deborah, who passed away from bowel cancer on June 28 aged 40 after raising close to £7million for cancer research, once wrote.
In support of Deborah's legacy, Triyoga is hosting a 'gorgeous gut - befriending your bowel' workshop, with proceeds go to Deborah's charity, Bowelbabe.
The London-wide yoga studio will host the workshop in its Camden studio and it will be lead by yoga teachers and sound healers Emma Henry, Vicky Fox and Cheryl Mokhtari.
The workshop will 'celebrate' your guts - which could mean a many number of things - but will also stimulate it through sound and movement.
The workshop starts with sanskrit chanting, which is followed by a flow sequence designed to stimulate the natural movement of your digestive system.
A crystal bowl sound healing will wrap the workshop up.
The workshop is on Sunday, August 7, running for two hours from 2pm to 4pm
The price is £5, and proceeds go Dame Deborah James' Bowelbabe Fund.
