1 Goldenberries
High in fibre, iron and antioxidants, these little gems help transport oxygen around the body, boost the immune system and reduce fatigue. They also aid collagen production to help keep wrinkles at bay. Eat them fresh or dried.
2 Macha
Macha, made from finely ground green tea leaves, can boost metabolism, detox the body and calm the mind. It’s rich in selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. A macha latte is a pretty wonderful way to embrace it.
3 Cacao
Once it is processed, cacao becomes cocoa, but in its raw form it’s a great source of heart-supporting magnesium, super-rich in antioxidant flavonols and a great source of serotonin and dopamine, which can help alleviate depression.

Bee pollen is considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods. It’s approximately 40% protein and is rich in B Vitamins, which can boost energy levels. 7 Goji berries
Goji berries contain Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin A, iron, selenium and other antioxidants and are said to help boost the immune system and brain activity. They’ve been used in traditional Chinese medicine to manage diabetes, high blood pressure and fever.
