The staff are very knowledgeable about skincare and inside the spa has a calm atmosphere. The Lumafirm Body Firm and Glow wrap treatment, though expensive, is ideal for nourishing the skin and leaving it silky smooth, £90. Inside, this is more like a Black Forest cabin than a spa. They love the bucolic theme, creating a space filled with plants and beauticians known as ‘expert gardeners’.
