Neverland London in Fulham, the capital’s latest urban beach, has launched the city’s only Thameside beach yoga classes
You know it’s summer in London when rooftop yoga classes start popping up here there and everywhere, but beach yoga is usually reserved for luxury holiday resorts in the Maldives and such like. Not any more. Neverland Fulham is capitalising on its scenic Albert Wharf location to offer stressed Londoners a calm new head space.
Set on a sandy beach, surrounded by palm trees and the sounds of the Thames, the alfresco environment is designed to reset the mind and stimulate the senses when combined with the revitalising effects of yoga.
The Hatha flow yoga sessions are led by Sonia P Yoga and Stretch and the City will see a small group of attendees undertake full 60-minute class followed by a free Green Lady Sparkling Tea refreshment, vegan and gluten-free Ape Snacks and entry in to Neverland London.
Sessions take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.45am, starting 1 July for the duration of the month. Please note, yoga mats are not supplied so you will need to bring your own.
Tickets are £25, available from Design My Night
