Psycle’s 45-minute indoor-cycling classes fuse scientific research, nightclub lighting, a great soundtrack and motivational instructors (including a GB gymnast and one of Rihanna’s dancers). Not only do you move to the beat on a bicycle seat, you’re up and down out of the saddle for a full-body workout. There are gyms in Mortimer Street, Westbourne Grove, Clapham and Shoreditch, but while we wait for 17 May, when indoor group classes can resume, it’s home classes with Psycle’s indoor bike partner Stages. Psyclers can bag a discount on Stages bikes, paying £1,140 instead of £1,630 (plus £125 for delivery and installation.
