A yoga class followed by brunch? Now that’s a New Year’s Resolution we can get on board with!
Every Saturday morning from 12 January until 23 February, Indian restaurant Bombay Bustle is hosting a series of Yoga Brunches. Stretch out the weekend with a yoga class at The Ady Centre – the luxury lifestyle and wellness hub in Soho – followed by a well-earned three-course brunch at Bombay Bustle from Executive Chef Surender Mohan.
Step into an hour-long transformative yoga session at The Ady Centre, where you will be personally guided by talented DeRose method gurus, focusing on both physical and respiratory techniques to enhance wellbeing and fitness after an indulgent Christmas.
Post workout, it’s a short walk to nearby Bombay Bustle on Maddox Street, where the Yoga Brunch will kick off with a warm lentil salad, followed by a choice of dishes including Tandoor Spiced Haloumi with brown rice khichadi and fresh turmeric, Tawa Macchli, seabass with sugarsnap thoran and fresh vegetables, or Grilled Tofu with sautéed vegetables and a beetroot stew.
To cleanse the palate, Chef Surender has created a light, refreshing lemon and mint sorbet to finish. Chilled coconut water will be served on arrival to keep you suitably hydrated.
The DeRose method is truly transformative, and Surender’s menu is the perfect way to refuel
‘The New Year is a great time to carve out some space and time for yourself,’ says co-founder Samyukta Nair. ‘We wanted to create something that gives guests the chance to let go of the working week and wind down.
‘We’re so excited to partner with The Ady Centre, where the DeRose method is truly transformative, and Surender’s menu is the perfect way to refuel.’
Alternatively, if all that sounds too much like hard work, Bombay Bustle will be running the Yoga Brunch every Saturday from 10am-12pm without the yoga session for a more laid-back Saturday brunch experience.
Tickets for the Yoga Brunch £28pp and can be bought online at eventbrite.co.uk
