4 Hip Hop Boom Cycle Classes
Boom Cycle, pioneers of London’s indoor cycling scene, will be hosting National Fitness Day specials across all four state-of-the-art studios. All rides across the Holborn, Hammersmith, Battersea and Monument sites will be hip hop themed, so you can sweat it out while getting lost in your favourite old-skool tracks. All rides on 26 September are free to new Boom Cycle riders.

5 Around the World Challenge with énergie
Energie, which has fitness centres in Borough, Old Street, Bethnal Green and Forest Hill – as well as across the UK – is encouraging us all to hop on a spin bike and clock up as much distance as possible. The goal is the cycle around the world – a distance of 40,075 km, on National Fitness Day. The club is also raising money for the NHS to celebrate their 70th anniversary, so do donate via the buckets in the club if you can.

National Fitness Day was founded back in 2011 by the énergie Group, which then gifted the day to ukactive in 2014. ukactive and leading leisure provider Everyone Active now work together to encourage the nation to enjoy the benefits of physical activity.

Everyone Active leisure centres across Westminster and Southwark will be hosting a range of free activities, early morning classes, PT taster sessions and more to celebrate National Fitness Day.
