HomeViews Reveals its Highest Rated Developments in London

HomeViews – dubbed the ‘Tripadvisor for property’ – is a new website for residential reviews, where those living in London’s new developments share their views, much like you would on AirBnb, Tripadvisor or Amazon

The HomeViews mission is simple – to support those looking for their next home with honest and trustworthy insights from the people living there. The site already has thousands of reviews from London residents, as well as contributions from viewers and industry professionals.

To celebrate its launch, the team has rounded-up some of their top developments, as rated by reviewers…

1 One Tower Bridge, Southwark
HomeViews star rating:
4.89 out of 5 (based on 9 reviews)
What the residents say: ‘Overall, these luxury homes provide a five-star living experience by the banks of the Thames, which is also located close to global businesses, Michelin-starred restaurant and other attractions that are the focal point of London’s social and business elite.’ Anonymous, resident
HomeViews summary: To say that Berkeley Homes’ One Tower Bridge has a prime location would be something of an undersell. Live here and you’re neighboured by some of London’s most famous landmarks, such as Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and, of course, the river Thames. Throw high-spec apartments, a business lounge and a gorgeous private health club into the mix, and it’s easy to see why this one is one of our highest-rated developments.

3 Fizzy Hayes, Hayes
HomeViews star rating: 4.79 out of 5 (based on 24 reviews)
What the residents say: ‘From the first time I Skype-toured my flat with Dave, to moving in with Kiran’s help, and Ha’s constant help and kindness, Fizzy has felt like a community since day one. On top of that, to have a community of tenants full of dog lovers who are supportive, kind, and helpful all the time is such an incredible blessing.’ Kaleigh H, verified resident
HomeViews summary: Fizzy Hayes has bagged a string of HomeViews Awards since the website’s inception, and it’s easy to see why. Fizzy Living’s signature perks include a pets-welcome policy, an onsite Property Manager known as ‘Bob’ (at Fizzy Hayes it’s Ha, who was named Property Week’s Property Manager of the Year in 2018), and a promise of ‘hassle-free renting’. Fizzy Hayes offers plush apartments and townhouses, just a short walk from Hayes & Harlington station, which will welcome Crossrail in 2019.

4 Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms

6 Greenwich Peninsula, Greenwich
HomeViews star rating: 4.69 out of 5 (based on 13 reviews)
What the residents say: ‘I rented in Greenwich Millennium Village and loved the area so decided to pool resources with my girlfriend and purchase a one-bed flat in 2015. We had been to launch events before and underestimated demand so we missed out – this time we got there early and queued for hours to reserve our flat. When you live in Greenwich next to the river and the Greenwich Ecology Park, it doesn’t feel like full on city living, and instead I have the best of both worlds. My commute is easy as I can walk and avoid the joys of rush hour!’  Jack, resident
HomeViews summary: This 150-acre purpose-built neighbourhood is by Knight Dragon, and it’s hard to do it justice in just a few lines. Along with some 15,000 new homes across seven quarters, it will eventually have a shedload of riverfront restaurants and bars, a new Design District, a 5km running track, and a yacht club, not to mention several pockets of green space. Units here range from sleek studios to waterfront townhouses, so there’s a floorplan to suit all budgets and backgrounds.
