Drake House is the latest collection of riverside apartments to launch at the Enderby Wharf development in Greenwich

The Greenwich property market is booming, with house prices rising and heavy investment in riverside development. The latest new homes to launch on the market in SE10? Drake House, a collection of 150 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments inside Barratt London’s Enderby Wharf.

Named after Sir Francis Drake, Drake House sits on the banks of the River Thames. Many of the homes come with one of the best views in the capital, thanks to their west-facing position towards Canary Wharf and the City.

Inside, the design is spacious. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light and make the most of the waterfront views, while balconies and terraces further enhance the living space.

Offering services and amenities is now the norm in many London new builds and it’s no different here. Drake House residents can enjoy a 24-hour concierge, a gym and landscaped communal gardens.

And there’s another perk for Enderby Wharf owners.  A new Thames road tunnel from the Peninsula to Silvertown is scheduled to begin in 2017 and planning permission has been granted for an international cruise liner terminal. North Greenwich underground station, the Emirates Air Line and Cutty Sark DLR are also nearby.

Prices at Drake House start from £357,000 for a studio apartment. For more information and prices visit
