A Free Blindfolded Tasting Experience is Coming to Soho

Challenge your taste buds with a free blindfolded tasting hosted by chef-to-the-stars Nina Parker with YES! bars

Research shows that, when the sense of sight is removed, taste is heightened, so why not challenge your taste buds with a free blindfolded tasting at the Bar of YES! pop up in Soho?

The experience is being hosted by YES!, which is celebrating the launch of its new sugar-free, vegan-friendly snack bars in flavours such as lemon, quinoa and chilli, as well as its low-sugar nut bars in flavours such as dark chocolate, sea salt and almond.

Created by chef-to-the-stars Nina Parker, who counts Donatella Versace, Russell Brand and Stormzy among her clients, the tasting menu of five vegetarian and vegan dishes has been inspired by the flavour combinations and natural ingredients of the new YES! bars.

Enjoy an interactive blindfolded tasting of Nina’s food before exploring the stylish surroundings of the pop up, decked out with hessian and hanging fruit baskets, before trying the YES! bars and nabbing a few samples to take home.

‘The Bar of YES! reflects our belief that the more we taste and explore in life, the more fulfilled we become,’ said Louisa Parrillo, Senior Brand Manager at YES!

‘We want to celebrate the key ingredients of our bars, which make the best of what nature has to offer – we’ve created our range of fruit and nut bars with exciting taste combinations that are both tasty and wholesome, so you don’t need to compromise on taste or satisfaction when choosing a snack.’

The Bar of YES! will be open to the public on Wednesday 13 March (tasting bowls served 12pm-2pm & 5pm-7pm) and Thursday 14 March (tasting bowls served 12pm-2pm), with chef appearances from Nina Parker at lunchtime and dinner services.
