Bubbledogs, the gourmet hot dog and Champagne restaurant in Fitzrovia, is introducing a limited edition hot dog menu in celebration of the World Cup

Bubbledogs launches World Cup Hot Dog menu

One of 10 World Cup Hot Dogs to be found at Bubbledogs this summer

Bubbledogs has started its World Cup celebrations early by introducing 10 new hot dogs to its menu, each with toppings representing a different country competing in the tournament. Available from Monday 2 June, hot dog lovers can look forward to the ‘Calçotada’, representing Spain, which features a traditional frankfurter sausage in a steamed bun, with spicy romesco sauce, char-grilled onions and spiced almonds; and pays homage to the annual Catalan festival of the same name. The ‘Stavros’ offers a taste of Greece, with smoked aubergine puree, feta cheese, pickled red onions and chopped parsley salad. There’s also a dog for Mexico, Argentina, the USA, Germany, France and Japan.

The ‘Breakie Dog’ will represent England, featuring crispy bacon, tomato relish, black pudding bits and a whole fried egg, starting at £7.
