The Resident has teamed up with the Tudor Barn in Eltham to offer one lucky reader a complimentary afternoon tea for four people – a prize value of £80

The Tudor Barn in Eltham is a stunning 16th century venue, surrounded by 13 acres of parkland and a medieval moat. As the only existing authentic Tudor barn in London, it’s a distinctive setting for weddings, outdoor cinema screenings, live music and other private celebrations such as birthdays and send-offs.

The historic gastropub and bar – located within Well Hall Pleasaunce with its walled garden, glorious wisteria arch and moat – has two outdoor terraces so that you can enjoy your afternoon tea alfresco during the warmer months.

The afternoon tea, available Monday to Sunday from 12pm-5pm, features a selection of finger sandwiches including classics such as coronation chicken, smoked salmon and cream cheese, egg mayonnaise and cucumber, as well as scones with clotted cream and jam and a range of sweet treats like macarons and mini fruit tarts.
