1 Deep Fried Crème Egg Burgers at Studio Kitchen
These legends are back at K west Hotel’s Studio Kitchen for a limited time. Available 20 March, the Crème Egg Burger is available on the Spring Rocks Afternoon Tea menu. They’re a sweet brioche bun dipped in white chocolate and dusted in raspberry sprinkles. The ‘burger’ is a melted crème egg dusted in golden batter and slathered with mascarpone cream and strawberry jelly. It’s meatless, dangerous and tempting.

2 Hot Cross Bunny Burger, ETM Group
This limited edition burger is a different take on the Easter theme. The patty is made of Suffolk wild rabbit, paired with bacon, mushroom and a healthy slice of Lincolnshire rarebit. It’s served on a light, sweet hot cross bun for a final Easter touch. It’s only available 25 March-1 April.
3 Bread Street Kitchen’s Boisterous Bunny
This mischievous cocktail should be approached with caution: it’s caffeinated. This icy Easter drink is a delicious mix of chocolate, vodka, coffee liqueur, salted caramel, espresso and chocolate bitters. Better yet, it’s served inside an edible bunny.

Portobello Road Gin has come out with something truly masterful.
