Tom Kerridge, the two Michelin starred chef behind The Hand and Flowers, heads for Twickenham Stadium in January for an exclusive gourmet evening with special guest Ugo Monye
Tom Kerridge is returning to Twickenham Stadium in January 2020 to create a delicious three-course meal for guests in the stadium’s new members’ club-style restaurant, The East Wing.
Following the success of last spring’s inaugural event, the two Michelin star chef returns for the exclusive dinner, followed by a meet-and-greet with Kerridge himself, who will be sharing stories and ideas from his new book Lose Weight & Get Fit, which will form part of his new BBC series.
Former England and British & Irish Lions player Ugo Monye will also be a special guest during the event, hosting the evening and Q&A’s with Tom Kerridge. The winger, who retired from professional rugby in 2005, is now a regular pundit for BT Sport and presents the BBC’s Rugby Union Weekly podcast.
Twickenham Stadium’s new member’s club style restaurant The East Wing, situated within the new East Stand development, which opened in autumn 2018 following a multi-million pound development.
The East Stand offers eight new spaces over six levels, including the rooftop terrace, the British Airways Rose Garden and Twickenham’s very own pub, the Union Ale House. The East Wing is one of 34 event spaces, catering for events for two to 1,200 people.
The dinner, which takes place on 21 January 2020, includes three courses, all-inclusive beer, wine and soft drinks and the chance to meet Kerridge.
