London’s hotels are certainly having a tough time of it during the coronavirus lockdown, but if we can’t go to the hotel, then the hotel shall come to us…
The new Dorchester at Home series is a new delivery and collection service that offers some of the luxury hotel’s most popular culinary offerings in the comfort of your own home.
The hamper-packed Afternoon Tea will feature all the fare required to recreate this traditional pastime at home, and 100% of proceeds from sales of the teas between 18 to 23 May 2020 will go to The Royal Horticultural Society.
The Dorchester at Home series will continue in June with Traditional Afternoon Tea Hampers and Make It Yourself hampers from The Grill at The Dorchester, offering all the ingredients and recipe cards to create dishes such as Beef Wellington and head chef Tom Booton’s Lobster Thermidor tart. A selection of wines will also be available to order.
A percentage of the proceeds from sales of The Dorchester at Home will be donated to Manorfield Primary, an Tower Hamlets school that The Dorchester supports through its corporate social responsibility partnership.
