3 The Churchill Bar & Terrace

Signature Cocktail: Churchill Martini

According to various sources, Sir Winston Churchill enjoyed his martini without vermouth, and has been quoted saying “Glance at the vermouth bottle briefly while pouring the juniper distillate freely.” Given this, it seems only logical that The Church & Bar Terrace recreate the Famous Prime Minister’s beloved drink as their signature cocktail. Made with the Churchill Bar’s very own Churchill Craft Gin, you can sit back and enjoy your martini exactly like the man himself would have enjoyed it.

5 The Connaught Bar

Signature Cocktail: Mulata Daisy

There’s something rather classic and old-fashioned about The Connaught Bar’s signature cocktail, the Multa Daisy.
