WEST LONDON’S BEST NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS

Dry January ahead? Here are 5 of the best non-alcoholic cocktails for the teetotal west Londoner

1 La Suite West, Bayswater
This boutique hotel in Bayswater houses one of London’s rapidly-appearing raw-food restaurants. Unsurprisingly, they do mocktails too, including virgin strawberry daiquiris and frozen ‘margaritas’. The £30 five-course tasting menu includes a serving of a booze-free drinks, like the Lemon and Lychee cocktail, the LSW Mojito and Hickory Virgin Mary (pictured above).

3 Redemption Bar, Notting Hill
The Coco-Rita at Redemption Bar in Notting Hill has the sophisticated look and sharp taste of a margarita, without the tequila hangover. The drink is mixed with coconut water, agave syrup and a dash of lime juice for £4.75. The food menu – all gluten free, sugar free and vegan friendly – is worth a look too. Redemption Bar opens it’s second location in Shoreditch on 6 January 2016.

Nipa Thai restaurant at Lancaster London hotel by Hyde Park has a decent list of mocktails to choose from, like the £5 Cucumber Cooler (pictured), a crisp mix of cucumber, lime, mint and lemonade – perfect to help cope with Chef Sanguan Parr’s spicier Thai dishes.
