Kerridge, who recently opened his second pub The Coach in Marlow, will join the famous Knightsbridge shop as guest chef from 1 October 2015 to 5 January 2016. During his time as Chef of the Season, he’ll be serving comforting winter dishes-to-go from a dedicated area within the store’s Food Hall, including guinea fowl terrine, chicken kiev with mushroom ketchup and a chocolate and ale mousse with salted caramel.
To celebrate the launch of his book Tom’s Table: My Favourite Everyday Recipes, the chef will also be hosting a 21-cover pop-up restaurant from 2 – 8 November. Guests will be served a three course menu (£59 per person and £89 with wine pairings) featuring signature dishes from Tom’s pubs.
And when it’s time to get in the festive spirit, it will be worth stopping by to try a selection of seasonal classics from Tom’s Christmas menu when it launches on 12 November.
Bookings for Tom’s Table at Harrods open from 1 September. Email tomstable@harrods.com to register interest and find out more information.
