To make one glass of Patagonia Punch, you will need:
5 basil leaves
20ml rhubarb & strawberry cordial (or a berry cordial of your choice)
15ml fresh lemon juice
30ml Belvedere vodka
Muddle the fruit with the basil leaves to release the flavour. Shake together with the Chandon, cordial, lemon juice, vodka and ice and strain into a coupette glass. To decorate, add a slice of strawberry.
