PRESS FOR CAVIAR AT BOB BOB RICARD

Monday 18 July 2016 is a very fine day indeed, for it is National Caviar Day! To celebrate, iconic London restaurant Bob Bob Ricard is transforming its fabulous Press for Champagne buttons into Press for Caviar buttons!

For one day only Press for Caviar buttons will adorn every table at Bob Bob Ricard. And with this Soho institution selling some of the finest – and most keenly priced – caviar in the capital, slide into one of those beautiful blue booths and press at will for a very happy Monday indeed! 

Enjoy your caviar ‘au naturel’, indulging in some White Sturgeon (20g for £29), Siberian Sturgeon (20g for £35) or Russian Oscietra Sturgeon (20g for £49), with its distinctive golden and amber hues.

Or perhaps choose to have your caviar served as an accompaniment to other classic Bob Bob Ricard fare, including salmon tartare garnished with cucumber, fennel & horseradish, and USDA prime Black Angus steak tartare with foie gras.

‘We may be famous for serving more champagne than tap water,’ says Bob Bob Ricard owner Leonid Shutov, ‘but caviar is also a speciality of ours and one of the most popular dishes on the menu. We really couldn’t let the day pass without some sort of commemoration.’
