The bottomless brunch has been reigning supreme as London’s favourite weekend treat for quite some time, but can OXBO Bankside’s new bottomless Sunday roast steal brunch’s crown?
Executive Chef Paul Bates serves a delicious menu of innovative British cuisine with a global twist, using supplies from specialist producers and local traders at Borough Market. The chef’s Traders Tables is stacked with starters and desserts, from which you can help yourself to as many as you fancy.
Starters include smoked salmon with capers and lemon, sashimi of tuna, salmon and swordfish, Iberico chorizo and smoked duck breast with lychee salsa.
The main course, served to the table, offers up classic roast dishes that rotate on a weekly basis. The menu includes roast sirloin of Gloucestershire beef with Yorkshire pudding and duck-fat roasted potatoes, Josper-roasted cod with parmentier potatoes, Thanet Cauliflower and broccoli lentil dhal, and Josper-grilled corn-fed chicken with duck-fat roast potatoes.
OXBO Bankside’s bottomless roast is every Sunday from 12pm- 3.30pm costing £28pp for three courses or £40pp including unlimited prosecco.
