1 Le Gavroche parties and pop-ups
Michel Roux Jr and the team at Le Gavroche in Mayfair are now offering a brand new dining experience every Monday. The world renowned restaurant is closed to the public on Mondays, but available for private and corporate hire, as well as making way for a series of unique pop-up events. Roux Jr and his daughter Emily launched the pop-ups on 1 February with The Next Generation, an intimate event that saw the father and daughter duo collaborating at the restaurant for the first time.

2 Mediterranean at Mount Street
Following a successful soft launch at the end of 2015, 8 Mount Street, the stunning new Mayfair-based brasserie and bar, is now open. Combining elegant simplicity with a contemporary twist, the 78-seater venue is housed in a stunning period building and features a menu devised by Executive Chef Adrian Mellor. Comprising a mixture of signature creations and new takes on much-loved brasserie fare, the Mediterranean-inspired dishes are sure to be full of flavour.

3 Chi Kitchen opens on Oxford Street
Pan-Asian restaurant Chi Kitchen is now open on the ground floor of Debenhams’ flagship Oxford Street store, headed up by restaurateur Eddie Lim, owner of Thai favourite Mango Tree in Belgravia. Chi Kitchen serves a diverse all-day dining menu influenced by Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean cuisine, guiding guests on a culinary journey through South East Asia.

4 Sartoria’s refurbishment
D&D have announced, following an extensive refurbishment, the re-opening of Savile Row’s Sartoria with renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei at the helm as Chef Patron. The refurbishment sees the addition of a new bar and cicchetti counter, two private dining rooms as well as a wine cellar boasting 250 bins where Head Sommelier Michael Simms will host private wine tasting events. Mazzei has created an all-day dining menu that will feature dishes from his native Calabria and other regions in Italy.

5 Hunter VIII Hunter’s permanent residency
Luxury, bespoke and independent event caterer Hunter VIII Hunter has launched its first permanent kitchen residency at The Rising Sun, a traditional pub in Pimlico. 6 The new Clarendon Cocktail Cellar
Clarendon Cocktail Cellar has opened within the Artist Residence, a 10-bedroom hotel founded by Charlotte and Justin Salisbury. Located under the newly opened Cambridge Street Café, the bar will serve drinks inspired by iconic artworks alongside British pub snacks and dishes to share.
